Helmet Failure

In Maya, theres a tool called "Bridge." Which in the name, just connects one's edges or vertices to the other object's edges or vertices. Connecting by adding a new face or just extending the face to connect to the other side. In my Helmet Model on Maya, this did not work for me for a number of reasons, such as not much edges to have, sides to far, to wide, numbers of sides, and others I can't remember. When I do make it to work, it isn't how it should be and really doesn't look so well. I will keep on trying with trial and error.. or my good ol friend Google.

Re-creationism

I have Re-created Matthew's Maya Pokéball.

In the Maya software, I have used many tools, and as well as just making the object by look since my schoolmate posted Fair instructions. Used the cursor tool, move tool, rotate tool, and the scale tool. As well as the Blinn Menu.

1. Made a sphere with the option of cutting it in an even half.
2. Duplicate it to have to Half Sphere objects.
3. Adjust one of the Half Sphere for it to be bottom up and the other being the opposite.
4. Made them connect but a bit separated to be an almost complete Sphere.
5. Created a Torus to be the same circumference as the half sphere and put it in between them.
6. Made a small cylinder and input it on the objects middle far right center.
7. Made a smaller cylinder and placed it on the other cylinder
8. Fitted them to size
9. Changed the color of each object by using the Blinn menu to their respected colors.
10. Saved and made.

I made some editing into changing the color.

Image description of right

On the Doodle for Google image, I'm going to create a piano with decisive keys and clear black and white colors. And find a way to input the word "Google" in the keys or part of the key's name. It will be kinda etched with black led or color. The piano vision will be a sorta slanted top view, viewing both keys and the part of the top of the piano. This will be difficult do to, since I have no creativity or art skills. If not, then I'll just use the basics of the image of the piano below this posting.

What I'd like to do someday....

Would most likely be to learn and play the piano.  I would like to do this for the fun of it really. To be able to play melodic songs, songs that express my emotions, and as well to just kick back and relaxing songs. I would also like to do this for the enjoyment that’ll bring to others. How the would see me and perhaps even make them how to play on their own and learn to master this art. That is how I got inspired.  Perhaps this may even be my future career and maybe how I can accomplish one my goals. To master many instruments and play them for all.

3D de Objetos de Comparación y Contraste

These past weeks, we have worked on a few projects on the Maya Software Program. 3 to be exactly, each different in mind and creation. The first we did as a class mostly, was the temple; next was our own creation; then the recreation of others creation. The first was different than the others because it had a standard procedure of working how to change objects and to move them in place. Our own creation was our own ideas in place on screen in Maya. A very beautiful creation at that, which had no comparison with the others since it is to your most liking. The third project which was to redo our classmates own project, was a indifferent to the others since most of the students didn't post their instructions on how to and how their shapes aren't what we learned but can figure out. In all, they are the same in both creativity, productivity, and realism. Since it was on Maya, and we could see the creations that were on paper a real 3D visual object. It was fun making these projects  ^-^

Essence of Loss

This Maya project I have created, is a pretty suited one. I actually made this a while back. The whole Pre-Empire of mine and such, but, I have modified it to the fullest of my known knowledge. I learned a few new things, such as how to change the color of the object using Blinn, how to see the different perspectives and its hierarchy, changing its discoloration views, the Status tab uses, and to use some interesting effects on an object or more. There were some things that I disliked, such as how it didn't come out how I wanted it too, or how it wasn't moving as it should have. In all, I liked this Empire of mine. It was smooth and very appealing thing to look at.

Also, because of its epic editing and appealingness... every time I tried to open my File, it immediately crashes and turns off Maya. So I was unable to print the images or to upload the image into Blogger.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Caminos

1. Creating a Rectangular Prism

  • Make a Prism to about half of the perimeter as the grid, and centered to the Grid.
  • Centered to the Grid.
  • Used Scale Tool
  • Made Dimensions its Scale
  • Name is Bottom Prism
2. Creating Rectangular Prism 2
  • Repeat Step 1 but shrink down to 3/5 of its original size
  • Move it so its above the Bottom Prism touching it and centered
  • Name it Top Prism
3. Creating Pyramid
  • Create a Pyramid on top of Rectangular Prism 2
  • Length shorter to about 3/5 and doubled its height by 2.
  • Name it Pyramid Roof
4. Crating the Helix wall
  • Create a Helix to be about the whole grid's perimeter.
  • Move its length to be about the length of Bottom Prism
  • Make its side length to a minimal of substantial
  • Name the Helix Empire Wall
5. Creating the Tesla Tower
  • Have Cylinder to be about 9 square grid wide and about as high as the point of the Pyramid
  • Create a Cone to the same circumference and height, but to be on top touching the cylinder
  • Click the Component select tool
  • Click them both, and use the Scale tool to make them into and odd tower
  • Place the whole object to the upper side of the Empire
  • Group both objects
  • Duplicate and place the duplicated object to its exact mirror image from the grid
  • Group the duplicated object if needed
  • Name one of the towers TeslaTower1 and the other TeslaTower2
6. Creating Lighting
  • Click on both cones of both of the towers
  • Head to the Dynamics tab and click on Lightning Effect
7. Color Changing
  • Head to the status bar and change it to the Rendering option
  • Add Blins to all objects (groups as well but seperated
  • Add colors as wished
8. Effect

  • Select the Empire Wall and head to the Dynamics tab and add the Fire Effect.
