1. Copyright: The legal right that is given to the author if published. If done so, his work is protected by print, publish, perform, film, or record from others plagiarist.
2. Fair use: Usage of something Copyrighted, yet you can use it legally without permission, but you can not abuse the right. Such as make copies of it or call it as your own work.
3. First Sale Doctrine: A Copyrighted work that you have purchased. That copy is yours, and again, can not make duplicates of it. But can change a few things.
4. Intellectual Property: An ivention or work that is a result of creativity. Such as a menuscript or a design, to which one has rights of ownership.
5. Patent: The limited amount of time of the Copyright holder to use the invention.
6. Permission: To ask the Copyrighted owner to use his/her work. To ask for print or reproducing it in your work.
7. Phonorecords: Work from technology that allows works to be used, recorded and stored in digital format for the computer or other devices.
8. Plagiarism: To steal someone elses work and calling it your own. And without crediting the source.
9. Public Domain: Copyright protection that has expired. It belongs to you, available for the public, the whole community.
10. Trademark: A phrase/word or Icon that belongs to the Copyrighted owner. Such as Nikes "checkmark", Apples computer "Apple", or many other Icons.
