1. Brian is right. There was no legal right that it was really Sarah's poem. Sure, he is morally wrong, she may have made it, but no Jury Court will go for Sarah's story. Of course, if she brought the original poem with the date created. She may have a chance in winning court.
2. Sarah should do nothing, she should let live and let go. Make a wiser decision for the future, since she did give her poem to Brian. Theres No legal right that its her property. Move on.
